And among mankind is he who purchases (as his) pastime issue, misleading of (people) from the way of Allah, without having (any) knowledge, and takes it as a mockery. Those are the persons for whom there is a disgraceful punishment.
The qualities of unsuccessful persons are described who mislead people without knowledge and turn away proudly from the Quran.
