In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Our Prophet (PBH), through the very first revelation of the Quran, was ordered:
“Recite in the name of your Fosterer…” (Chapter 96: Verse 1) and the name of his and our Fosterer is Allah (SWT), as is evident from the very first verse of the first chapter of the Quran:
“Praise is due only for Allah (SWT), the Fosterer of the worlds”. (Chapter 1: Verse 1)
In view of this order of Allah (SWT), we should recite/read before starting the recitation or reading of the Holy Quran which is a part of the Quran, occurring at the beginning of 113 out of 114 chapters of the Quran and also as part of Chapter 27: Verse 30 of the Quran. Through Chapter 16: Verse 98, Allah Taala further orders:
“So when you recite/read the Quran, seek the protection of Allah from the accursed devil”.
This means that we are required to pray; (Aoozu Billahi min Ash shaitaanir Rajeem) meaning: “I seek the protection of Allah from the accursed devil”, even before reciting or reading: (Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem)
Shuru Allah ke naam se jo hum per taras kha ker faida pahunchane wala hai

Alif Laam Raa. These are the signs of the book of wisdom.
The Quran is full of Wisdom
10-2
Is it a wonder for mankind that We have communicated to a man from among them, that he should warn mankind and convey good news to those who believe, that for them is the true footing with their Fosterer? The infidels say, “”This is certainly a clear magician.””
A messenger to mankind has to be someone from the same species. Then why should one wonder that a man was raised as a messenger of Allah (SWT).? The remark of the infidels that prophet Mohammed (PBH) was a magician may be due to the fact that people were attracted to those who believe and do righteous works and punishing the infidels i.e, This life is just a continuous ‘TEST’67:2, 76:2. In addition to many functions they perform, the sun and the moon serve the purpose of a clock and calendar respectively him and the message sent through him (i.e, the Quran) and the number of Muslims was increasing continuously.
10-3
Your Fosterer is certainly Allah Who created the skies and the earth in six periods, then He set the balance on the throne (of the universe), directing the affair. No mediator (can recommend) without (obtaining) His permission. That is Allah your Fosterer, so serve Him. Will you not then mind?
Some natural phenomena and truths are described as proofs to accept the existence and power of Allah (SWT). The purpose of creating the universe is clearly mentioned: Rewarding those who believe and do righteous works and punishing the infidels i.e, This life is just a continuous ‘TEST’ 67:2, 76:2. In addition to many functions they perform, the sun and the moon serve the purpose of a clock and calendar respectively.
10-7
Those who do not hope to meet Us and are pleased with the life of this world and are satisfied with it and those who are heedless of Our signs,
Infidels who are to land in hell are pleased and satisfied with the life of this world.
10-9
Those who believe and do righteous works, their Fosterer will certainly guide them through their belief, (to) rivers flowing beneath them in gardens of bliss.
Those who believe and do righteous works are guided to paradise through their belief.
10-11
And if Allah were to hasten for mankind the evil, as they wish the hastening of good on them, then their term would have been brought to an end for them; so We leave those who do not hope to meet Us, blindly wandering on in their rebellion.
Infidels wander aimlessly in their rebellion.
10-12
And when harm afflicts man he prays to Us, lying on his side or sitting or standing but when We remove from him that which harmed him, he passes on as if he had not prayed to Us for the harm that had afflicted him. Thus, that which they do is made fair seeming to the extravagant.
The ungrateful attitude of men in need is described.
10-13
And We indeed destroyed generations before you when they were unjust, and their messengers had come to them with clear proofs but they did not believe. Thus do We reward the criminal people.
Earlier generations were destroyed when they rejected the messengers, then later generations were produced to be tested.
10-15
And when Our clear communications are read to them, those who do not hope to meet Us say, “”Bring a Quran other than this or change it.”” Say, “”It is not for me to change it of my own accord, I follow nothing except that which is communicated to me, I certainly fear the punishment of the great day, if I disobey my Fosterer.””
Infidels demanded another Quran. They are informed that the Prophet (PBH) has no liberty of doing this, his duty is just to communicate the message of Allah (SWT)
10-16
Say, “”Had Allah willed, I would not have read the (Quran) to you, and He would not have made you understand it, I have indeed lived a life time among you before it (was revealed to me). Do you not then understand?””
Prophet Muhammed (PBH) had lived for 40 years in his community before the revelation of the Quran and was known to be very good and trustworthy, he would therefore not forge anything. It was the order of Allah (SWT) to pass on His message to mankind. The understanding of the Quran also depends on Him.
10-18
And they serve besides Allah that which neither harms them nor profits them and say, “”These are our mediators with Allah.”” Say, “”Do you inform Allah of that which is in the skies and in the earth (which you presume that) He does not know?”” Glory be to Him and Highly Exalted be He above all that they associate (with Him) as partners.
Polytheists are questioned for their false beliefs.
10-19
And mankind were but a single community, then they disagreed. And had a word not gone forth from your Fosterer, the matter in which they had disagreed among themselves would have been settled (once for all).
Human beings are great grand children of Adam and Hawwa (PBT) with a single religion ‘Al Islam’. but people differed to such an extent that there are not only many religions but also sects in every religion. The time of the day of judgement is fixed otherwise Allah (SWT) would have settled once for all who is right and who is wrong i.e. this will be decided on the day of judgment.
