And he who turns away from the remembrance of the Beneficent (Allah), We appoint a devil for him, so that he becomes his comrade,
Allah (SWT) Himself appoints a devil over him who turns away from His remembrance. The devil misleads him from the path of paradise but he thinks that he is on the right path. The regrets of such a person in the life after death will not save him from the punishment.
