He, Whose is the kingdom of the skies and the earth. And He has not taken (anyone as) a son, and He has no partner in the kingdom. And He created everything then programmed for it a program.
Allah (SWT) is the King of the Universe. He neither has a son nor a partner in His kingdom. He created everything and layed down a programme for it i.e. everything has a destiny destined for it, therefore there is order in His kingdom and nothing goes against His order.
