47-20
And those who believe say, “”Why is not a sura, (a chapter of the Quran) sent down?”” But when a decisive sura is sent down and fighting is mentioned therein, you see those in whose hearts is a disease, looking at you with a look of one who is fainting because of death, so sorrowful is their state.
Some believers are over enthusiastic, they are ordered to obey in a good manner.
47-22
But if you held command, is it not possible that you will cause corruption in the earth and cut off the ties of your relationships?
If those in government are corrupt they are cursed by Allah (SWT).
47-24
Do they not then reflect on the Quran or are there locks on their hearts?
“It is suggested to reflect on the Quran. Those who turn away from the Quran, do so under the influence of the devil, the horrible scene at the death of such people is described. This punishment is because they displease Allah (SWT) and disliked pleasing Him.”

Or do those in whose hearts is a disease think, that Allah will not expose their bad intentions?
Allah (SWT) can expose the sinners.

And We will definitely test you till We know (mark out) those among you who strive and are patient, and We will , examine the reports of your (behavior).
We are being tested continuously.

Those who do not believe and turn away (people) from the way of Allah and oppose the messenger after (receiving) the guidance which has been made clear to them, they will certainly never be able to harm Allah in anyway and He will make their deeds fruitless.
The deeds of the opponents will be fruitless.
47-33
O you who believe! obey Allah and obey the messenger and do not make your deeds vain.
Believers are ordered to obey Allah (SWT) and His messenger i.e. to follow the Quran and Hadees.
47-34
Those who do not believe and turn away (people) from the way of Allah then die while they are infidels, then Allah will never forgive them.
Those who die as infidels will never be forgiven.

So do not be weak (hearted) and (do not) invite (them) towards peace when you are dominating, and Allah is with you and He will never leave your deeds (go unrewarded).
Believers are encouraged.
47-36
The life of this world is only sport and pastime and if you believe and guard (against evil), He will give you your reward and He will not ask you for your wealth.
We are to prefer the hereafter.
47-37
If He asks you for the (wealth) then insists (on it) you will hoard it (due to niggardliness) and your bad intentions will be exposed.
If Allah (SWT) insists on the of spending wealth, people will be niggardly and their bad intentions will be exposed which will be harmful only to them. If Allah (SWT) wills He can replace us with other people if we turn away from Him.
