Al-Fatir (The Initiator of Creation)

0-1

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Our Prophet (PBH), through the very first revelation of the Quran, was ordered:
“Recite in the name of your Fosterer…” (Chapter 96: Verse 1) and the name of his and our Fosterer is Allah (SWT), as is evident from the very first verse of the first chapter of the Quran:
“Praise is due only for Allah (SWT), the Fosterer of the worlds”. (Chapter 1: Verse 1)
In view of this order of Allah (SWT), we should recite/read before starting the recitation or reading of the Holy Quran which is a part of the Quran, occurring at the beginning of 113 out of 114 chapters of the Quran and also as part of Chapter 27: Verse 30 of the Quran. Through Chapter 16: Verse 98, Allah Taala further orders:
“So when you recite/read the Quran, seek the protection of Allah from the accursed devil”.
This means that we are required to pray; (Aoozu Billahi min Ash shaitaanir Rajeem) meaning: “I seek the protection of Allah from the accursed devil”, even before reciting or reading: (Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem)

Shuru Allah ke naam se jo hum per taras kha ker faida pahunchane wala hai

35-1

Angels appear to be conveyers or carriers of the orders of Allah (SWT). They may be beings with wings or in charges of energies Refer to Note (2:30 ) of Explanatory Notes.

35-2

That which Allah opens for mankind from (His) mercy, there is no withholder for it, and that which He withholds, there is no releaser for it other than Him, and He is the Mighty the Wise.
No one can stop Allah (SWT) from making anyone happy or sad.

35-3

No one provides from the sky and the earth except Allah (SWT).

35-4

Messengers were denied earlier too.

35-5

The devil deceives man and tries to lead him to hell because he is his enemy. Therefore human beings too should treat him as an enemy and avoid him by remembering Allah (SWT) and seeking His protection.

35-6

The devil is certainly your enemy, so take him as an enemy, he invites his party (with the sole purpose) that they should be among the inhabitants of the blazing fire.

35-7

For those who do not believe there is a severe punishment, and those who believe and do righteous works, for them there is protective forgiveness and a great reward. (R 1)
Sinners will face punishment and the pious will get their reward.

35-8

Then , is he to whom the evil of his deed is made fair seeming, so that he sees it (as) good, (like one, who is really good)? So Allah certainly leaves to stray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. So do not let your soul waste away regretting over them. Allah is certainly the Knower of the work they do.
Prophet Muhammed (PBH) is advised not to regret over the infidels because it is Allah (SWT) who guides or leaves to stray whom He wills.

35-9

And it is Allah Who sends the winds, so that they raise the cloud, then We drive it to a dead land and We give life through it to the earth after its death. (your) resurrection will (also) be like that.
Raising of the dead to life is explained through the example of rain through which dead seeds are bought to life.

35-10

Might belongs only to Allah (SWT) He rewards the good and punishes the evil.

35-11

Allah (SWT) has fixed the length of everyone’s life 3:145,3:154. He it is Who has made two types of waters, water on landmasses and underground water are normally sweet and pleasant to drink whereas sea and ocean waters are saltish. It is again Allah (SWT) Who makes all heavenly bodies weighing thousands of tones, float and move in space.

35-13

He makes the night to enter into the day and He makes the day to enter into the night and He compelled the sun and the moon (to follow His laws), each moves fast for an appointed term. That is Allah your Fosterer, His is the kingdom. And those whom you pray to, besides Him, do not own (even) the white spot on a date stone.

35-14

If you call them they will not hear your call, and even if they could hear they will not respond to you, and on the day of resurrection they will reject your (associating them as) partners (with Allah), and none can give you news like the One Informed. (R 2, P 21 ¾)
False gods are so helpless that they can neither hear nor respond

35-15

Everything including human beings is dependent on Allah (SWT) but He is quite Independent and does not need anyone’s help. He can replace us with others.

And a bearer of burden will not bear the burden of another (person) and if one heavy with burden calls (someone) for carrying it, none will carry anything of it even though he be a relative. You can warn only those who fear their Fosterer unseen and establish worship (salat). And whoever purifies himself, he purifies himself only for (the benefit of) his own soul and towards Allah is the destination.
Everyone is responsible for his own deeds. If we do good, it is for our own benefit.

35-19

Good and evil are not equal. Those who are in the graves do not hear.
